I remember as a young child walking the path between my grandmother and parents house.  The path was about two hundred yards long.  Over half the path; from the side of the ditch, to the edge of the path was strewn with wild growing miniature roses.  Sometimes during the summer they’d over take the path.  As a child it was fascinating to watch the roses come and go each summer and the many bumblebees, wasps and other insects that called that area home during the summer.

I remember my second grandmother’s house secluded a mile down a dirt road.  When you reached her house, there was every rose imaginable, all heights, widths, colors and scents.

Since that time I have been fascinated by the “rose”.  My name is Tim Gardener and I started RoseGardeningNews.com to honor my grandparents and share my passion for roses.  I’ve been growing, learning, giving, receiving and researching roses for many years.  I know without a doubt that “a rose isn’t just a rose”.

A rose is an experience. Roses whisper and breathe a life sacred and understood only by the hearer.  When you understand the rose, you can express friendship, pureness, respect, admiration, and even warm feelings.  I know what works and what doesn't as far as roses are concerned.

In my free email course, I share some great tips for creating your own special language with roses.   My eBook “Gardeners Guide to Rose Gardening” is a culmination of the knowledge I've gained over the years.  It offers creative and inexpensive ways on the absolute best “how-to's” for setting up and maintaining your very own rose garden.
